The stench of iron adn blood was one of the first thing being able to welcome the arrivals from Azeroth, but those sensitive to magic also felt the stench of fel energies comming from somewhere.
As soon as his dead body crossed the Dark Portal behind the heavily armored members of the Nexus Xelth looked around feeling the strange land and the enegies controlling the portal from that side "The others will welcome the firsts brutes ready to ifght" Xelth said to himself and focused on the sorroundings trying to figure out where the hungry fel energies were comming from, but before he could see more the next wave of bodies were pushing him towards the fight.
With fire and shadow Xelth helped those he could or atleast those that needed to survive to avoid hand to hand combat with those brutes covered in iron chains and as the Nexus gained ground they started to thin the lines...something that was not good in Xelth´s eyes. With swiftness he looked around trying to see somewhere to take a break and investigate the strange portal, sadly every single crack and step was filled with battle and blood . . . "The blood..." he thought as his empty eyesockets travelled towards the blood dripping into a small hole on the ground where to take the break he wished for. Yes he left the Nexus to satisfy his need for knowledge and no regrets were made, the line was getting replentished from Azeroth every second and someone would feel the gap he left.
The next hours were lost to him, suddenly fel and shadow came out of nowhere trying to consume everything making him go blind as they took away the shadow giving him vision at the time and finally another wave of energy appeared making him blackout.
He was blind, feelingless and hanging.
Even after enjoying unlife for so long he broke into panic, with his sight lost he could not tell if he was dead or alive or something in between, every attempt to move was fruitless since rope covered his entire body....or what was left of it, he no longer had legs, his skull was smashed from the eyesockets and down while the jaw was completely lost. Again he blackout.
When he woke up again a pain that travelled to the depths of his soul made him struggle without much results, someone was doing something to his lost skull fusing the bones and the iron, making his soul twist and move violently, the work took several days with pauses for the performer to rest, but for Xelth it was something new....he was the test subject now.
And with the pain the light came again.
Suddenly the pain was gone, the ropes were broken and the captor grabbed Xelth and threw him in the snow, without a second thought he started to crawl with his arms away and without rest. After a few hours his sight came back, but it was different, the shadows no longer gave him sight and that was clear.
Xelth didnt know how long he had been captured and didnt care, but now the cold was taking its told ot his unprepared body and his movements were slowing down...
(If anyone wishes to find Xelth in the snowy place feel free to write it up!)
